Real affordable harbour view room. Requested a cot for 1.5-year old and so I got one. Was given the top floor when checked in at 11:30pm :) Staff were helpful. Clean bathroom.
The breakfasts were quite nice but I can see why people are complaining about breakfast not changing. However, I only stayed for 2 nights and it wasn't a problem for us.
The only inconvenience is traffic - at least 10 min walk to the closest underground station.

Nice and tidy hotel. Really enjoyed my stay at the harbour. Being a very busy hotel were very polite and accommodating. I found Latif at the concierge a very helpful and polite chap. Other than that it was situated in a nice locality and the area was very clean tidy. Just a few minutes drive from the train station.

It’s my first time here in Hong Kong so choosing a great hotel is extremely important and this Hotel has all you need. During Check-in, the receptionist was extremely polite and even provided us (Me and my partner) with Tissues as we were drenched from the rain. Check-in was easy and took less than 2 minutes.
After which, we proceeded to our Room (We chose the one with the Harbour View) and my god, the view was spectacular! At night, the view gets even more mesmerising with all the building lights.
The room was clean and spacious. The only downside was that no water bottle is provided and you’ll need to either get it at a nearby 7-11 (5-7 minutes walk taking the overhead bridge) or you can use the Kettle provided to boil your own water. They do sell water at the Hotel Lobby vending machines if you’re too lazy to walk out or you can simply purchase their Evian water at the reception.
The toilet was bright and the water pressure was strong. The bathtub was a little small but good enough to soak your entire body. Housecleaning was quick and the lady who served us always greet us with a warm smile which made our day a lot more fruitful.
I will definitely choose this place for my next trip!

Good location next to the conference venue. A short walk to the Wan Chai area, with lots of food offerings
Breakfast is standard continental fare. Rooms are clean but basic. I feel safe staying here.
Nice views if you get the higher category of room, else you will just see the exterior wall of the neighbouring building.

Great location if you’re on a business trip and your meetings or conference is at the convention center, which is less than a 3min walk from the hotel. Highly accurate and prompt staff. I initially stayed in their standard room then upgraded to the newer rooms on the higher floors, the latter being far better overall. Lacks luxury amenities but that’s fine if you’re there strictly for work.
