- Applicable to Meeting to be held between 1 January and 31 December 2026.
- A minimum of 12 attendees is required for the rental of each meeting venue (if the number of attendees is less than 12, it will still be counted as 12 persons, except for Room 1)
- A surcharge will be applied in the event of overrun, extension of the venue rental is subject to availability
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice
