Father’s Day Dinner Buffet

Available on 15 and 16 June, the dinner buffet will feature delectable dishes including Slow-roasted U.S. Beef Prime Rib, and Slow-braised Short Ribs of Wagyu Beef with Dark Beer which will be provided in the evening on Father’s Day and its eve. A complimentary serving of Double-boiled Soup with Pigeon, Yam and Wolfberry will be offered to each patron.

All the above mentioned mouthwatering dishes will be available in addition to the signature dishes of “Pop Kitchen” Japanese and Korean Dinner Buffet, including Japanese highlights such as Cheese Tonkatsu, Sweet and Sour Japanese Chicken with Peach, Baked Hiroshima Oyster with Mentaiko, and Hokkaido Hairy Crab on Ice, and Korean highlights such as Kimchi, Soybean Sprouts Salad and Kunbu Salad, Korean Ginseng Chicken Soup, Stir-Fried Sweet Glass Noodle with Beef in Korean Style, and Seafood Pancake in Korean Style. Each patron will receive a complimentary serving of Pan-fried Japan Kagoshima A4 Wagyu

It is an a la minute signature dish prepared at Teppanyaki Station. The marbled beef is fried to medium after sprinkling with sea salt, filling the atmosphere with aromatic scent. The tenderly succulent meat will not only melt in your mouth but also melt your heart!

Father’s Day Lunch Buffets and Late Lunch Buffets are also served at Harbour Restaurant. In addition to a series of fresh seafood, salad and cold cuts, choices of soup and hot dish, 4 types of Sashimi including SalmonSnapper, Amaebi, and Herring will be provided in addition to the available sashimi selection. ^New Zealand Oyster and Roasted Rack of Lamb with Herbs will be provided, too.
